May. 1, 1994 Published a test issue of Zipangu magazine featuring the issue of gun control.
May. 26, 1994 Hosted a Forum on "Gun Control in the U.S." as a Japanese community's reaction to the shooting death of a Japanese exchange student in Baton-Rouge, Louisiana.
July. 1, 1995 Published the first issue of monthly magazine "Zipangu."
Aug. 24, 1995 Hosted a Forum on the issue of "Locally Hired Japanese Working Women in Japanese Corporations." This forum reflected the lead story of the Zipangu magazine that portrayed the condition and frustration of Japanese women who worked for Japanese corporations in New York.
Oct. 1, 1995 Participated in a festival of Japanese community "Nihon no Matsuri" , which was held in East Village, New York.
Nov. 20,1995 Organized a Lecture on "Paris & New York - First Line of Fashion" which described the most up-to-date fashion trend in video and slides.
Dec. 1996 -Feb. 1997 Coordinated and co-sponsored a Three-Lecture Series entitled "Living in Transition: Personal and Professional Views of Three Japanese Working Women" in cooperation with Japan Society in New York. The lecturers were Yukiko Tsunoda (lawyer. Dec. 11), Chizuko Ueno (sociologist, Jan. 12) and Keiko Fukuzawa (journalist, Feb. 10).
June. 8, 1997 Participated in Japanese Festival sponsored by Japan Society in New York.
Sep. 25, 1998 Edited and published a bilingual book entitled Japan Made in U.S.A., a critique of the U.S. media coverage of Japan.
Symposium "American Media Coverage on Japan" at the International House of Japan in Tokyo.
1998-2001 A number of colleges and Universities in both Japan and the United States have adopted the book as a textbook for Japanese language or Japanese/Asian Studies and Communications. These universities include Keio University, Vassar College, University of Maryland and Temple University.
Dec. 10, 1998 Forum "Japan Made in U.S.A." at Kinokuniya Book Store in York.
Feb. 19, 1999 Invited to Educational Outreach Department of Japan Society of New York to have a lecture on issues of Japan coverage of American media for teachers of public schools from the New York metropolitan area.
Mar. 1, 1999 Starting selling "Japan Made in USA" through Amazon.com.
Oct. 17, 1999 Participated in the annual Japan Festival sponsored by Japan Society, New York.
Nov. 9, 1999 Lecture on American Media Coverage of Japan for JET (Japan Exchange and Teaching Program) Alumni New York.
Nov. 12, 1999 Lecture on American Media Coverage of Japan for the faculty of The Greenwich Japanese School in Connecticut.

and issues of Japan coverage of American media for a seminar for Communications Studies in Keio University
July. 21, 2000 Re-establishes as a non-profit organization under the name of Zipangu, Inc.
Oct. 3, 2000 East-West Center in Hawaii selected "Japan Made in USA" as a useful referential reading material for their U.S.-Japan Journalism Fellowships. The book was delivered to participating journalists from Japan and the US.
Feb 14, 2001 Invited by the Journalism School of by University of California Berkeley, to a lecture on Japan coverage by American media.for a seminar for graduate students.
